📈 By the Numbers
🏆 Cleanest Last Week
Three perfect scores from three different counties — Palm Beach, Pinellas, and Orange. From tacos to sushi bowls to a fitness center café, clean kitchens come in all shapes.
💩 Dirtiest Last Week
All four landed at zero — the lowest the InspectFL Health Score can go. From grease-caked walls to unsecured gas tanks to food held at unsafe temperatures, these kitchens had problems stacked deep. Curious how scores work? Read about how we built our grading system.
🚨 Emergency Orders & Closures
No emergency orders were issued last week — a good sign.
📊 Grade Breakdown
A and B grades were nearly neck-and-neck last week — 31% each of the 1,873 graded restaurants. C grades accounted for 24%, while 13% earned a failing mark.
🔍 County Spotlight: Dade
Dade County led the state last week with 250 inspections and a hefty 1,379 violations recorded. With that many kitchens under the microscope, checking scores before you eat out in Miami is always a smart move.
