- [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. There is a cup with no handle inside a container of flour on the dry storage shelves. Operator discarded the unhandled cup.
- [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. There is an unsecured carbon dioxide tank next to the bag in box storage. Operator secured the carbon dioxide tank.
- [36-32-5] Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. There are damaged ceiling tiles above the dishwasher.
- [10-07-4] In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit.in the Tessoro kitchen utensils are in 109F standing water. Operator moved the container to the flat top grill.

After running 5 trays through the dishwasher the highest temperature reached was, Dishwasher (Temperature 153F). Operator can wash and rinse in the dishwasher but must sanitize in the triple sink.
