  • [35A-02-7] Live, small flying insects found Observed two flying insects in prep area and one flying insect of cook line.
  • [01B-02-5] Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed house made macaroni and cheese balls, house made pasta sauce, raw fish, house made crab dip, cooked chicken wings raw chicken, feta cheese crumbles, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced pepper jack cheese, raw beef (49F-54F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler across from grill. Operator stated items have been in reach-in cooler overnight and unsure when cooler stopped maintaining temperature of 41F and below.. See stop stale.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand wash sink in warewashing area used to store bar mats/ mats. Employee removed mats from hand wash sink.
