- [33-16-4] Open dumpster lid. Observed dumpster lid open at parking lot. Operator closed the lid.
- [01B-02-5] Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed a 1.5 gallon of milk expired with date of 05/26/26 at Walk in Cooler. Operator discarded the food item.
- [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed residue buildup on the can opener blade at prep table. Operator removed the can opener blade to clean and sanitize at the Dish Machine.
- [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee dumped milk at kitchen handwash sink. Educated the employee of the handwash sink is strictly for handwashing and no other purpose.
