Observed some employees hired more than 60 days without employee food training.
  • [29-18-4] Drain cover(s) missing. Observed mop sink missing drain cover.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on area near sink in bar area a pan of Butter packets (65F - Cold Holding). Manager stated butter is not supposed to be out in bar area. Manager removed and placed in walk in cooler.
  • [12A-28-4] Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee engaging in food preparation grab cell phone with gloved hands and proceeded to handle equipment. Observed employee engaging in food preparation touch face with gloved hands and proceed to engage in food preparation. Inspector intervened and spoke to employee regarding hand washing. Employee removed gloves and washed hands properly.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed walk in cooler door gasket soiled with mold like substance. Observed drawer gaskets on cook line soiled with food debris.
  • [14-69-4] Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup in walk in freezer.
  • [22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed interior of ice machine soiled with mold like substance near ice chute of unit.
