Per operator removed from freezer 9/25 not date marked. Educated operator on proper date mark procedures. Advised operator to date mark product.
[08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. -Observed a container of raw marinated beef kabobs stored over pasteurized eggs inside walk in cooler. Operator was educated on proper storage procedures. Operator stored correctly.
