Meat balls and Chorizo removed from walk in freezer with an initial prep date mark but no date mark as to when removed from freezer. Has date marked of last date of use. (No clear indication of total of 7 days ) Marked by manger.
  • [14-36-5] Interior of refrigerator or freezer in disrepair/has exposed insulation. Torn/ loose gasket insulation at frontline coffee station.
  • [02D-02-4] Packaged food not labeled as specified by law. Chicken burrito and bean salad at grab and go with inadequate labeling.
