  • [22-42-4] Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Triple Sink (Chlorine 0ppm), operator adjusted the sanitizer, chlorine sanitizer 100ppm.
