  • [21-23-4] Establishment using steel wool scrubies on in-use food-contact surface- wok. Spoke with gm about procedures.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Can opener blade heavily soiled.
  • [29-18-4] Drain cover(s) missing. On cook line in back kitchen, under vegetable table. Employee replaced cover.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink.hand sink next to triple sink. Dish employee placed paper towels at sink.
  • [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Several large co2 tanks next to walk in not secured. Employee secured tanks.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Fried rice at 60F, placed in walk in to rapid chill.
  • [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. 2 drawer unit under front counter grill is not working, no food is currently being stored in unit. Service ticket has been called in.
  • [50-09-4] Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed.
  • [53A-05-6] No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling.
