  • Disposition: Administrative complaint recommended
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Liquid egg, cheese, cheese 51-53F. In small glass door tabletop reach in cooler on cookline. Person in charge states door was open for short period of time. Person in charge moved to walk in freezer to rapidly chill. Retemped at 41F or below by end of inspection.
  • [29-34-4] Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Hose Bibb outside of back door missing vacuum breaker at hose Bibb, and at each side of splitter with red hose attached. Made maintenance aware during inspection.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chemicals stored over case of single service food wrap. Person in charge moved to appropriate location.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed damage to and mold like substance buildup in cabinet under soda dispenser in dining room.
  • [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. CO 2 tanks stored outside of back door not secured.
  • [14-31-5] Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed can liners in direct contact with bulk dry goods in dry storage area.
