  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed inside walk in cooler shells eggs over bread. Manager reorganized product.

Observed front counter area cooked chicken (112F - Hot Holding) as per operator food was cooked one hour ago. Operator stored the cooked chicken inside the oven to be reheated.
