- [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. -Observed cases with drinks and drinking water stored on dry storage floor. -Observed bag with salt stored on dry storage floor. -Observed containers with cooking oil stored on kitchen floor. -Observed various food items stored on walk in cooler floor.
- [12A-16-4] Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed employee returned from outside and immediately start touching clean plates at dishwashing machine before first wash his hands. After brief education, employee then wash his hands.
