Display cooler x2; salmon, bake (51F - Cold Holding); white salmon (51F - Cold Holding); salt fish (46F - Cold Holding). As per operator foods not portioned or prepared today. In unit less than 4hrs. Operator moved in walk in cooler for quick chill.
