Observed approximately 10 rodent droppings on bottom tray of unused stand mixer in bagel production storage room across from to entrance to bakery area. Observed approximately 2 rodent dropping on box containing oats on bottom shelf of food preparation table in bagel production storage room in middle of the room. Observed approximately 3 rodent droppings in bakery area in back corner behind plastic sign next to air conditioning unit. Operator is in the process of cleaning and sanitizing the areas.
