  • [29-49-6] Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed at bottom of reach in cooler next to hot holding unit storing tortilla chips. Observed standing water at the bottle of beer cooler in outdoor bar. Interior of both coolers were clean and sanitized.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Missing at hand sink in indoor bar. Stack of paper towels were placed at the hand sink.
  • [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink. Missing at hand sink in indoor bar. Bottle of dish soap was placed at the hand sink.
  • [16-21-4] Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine.
  • [22-08-4] Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Conventional oven interior soiled with burnt debris and grease build up. Interior of microwave soiled with read dried food debris. Interior was clean and sanitized.
  • [41-24-4] Pesticide-emitting strip present in food prep area. Observed hanging behind shelf storing alcohol bottles and near three compartment sink. Items removed.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of hot holding unit storing chips soiled with grease build up. Interior was clean and sanitized.
