Kitchen dish machine 0ppm, operator changed bucket primed machine several times 50ppm. Bar dish machine chlorine 0ppm , operator primed and retested
  • [16-37-1] Observed: No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. No chlorine test strips
