- [14-45-4] Cardboard used to line nonfood-contact shelves. Cardboard lining shelf inside cabinet below three-compartment sink.
- [53B-01-5] No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Manager unable to provide proof of food handler training available for any employees.
- [22-38-5] No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. No approved sanitizer available for warewashing in kitchen. Employee stated they only wash and rinse dishes and do not sanitize them. Inspector had an emoloyee retrieve a bottle of bleach from the hotel laundry room and educated employees on proper warewashing procedures. Inspector instructed manager to have employees properly sanitize all dishes.
- [02C-03-5] Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. One gallon and one pitcher of milk inside reach-in cooler missing date marks. Employee stated both were opened on 04/11 and added the proper date marks during this inspection.
- [11-26-1] No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Inspector observed one employee working in kitchen and handling food without proof of food handler training or proof they have been informed of their health reporting responsibilities. Inspector provided manager a new copy of the employee health reporting agreement during this inspection.
