  • [50-09-4] Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. The operator printed and posted the seating license.
  • [10-07-4] In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed a rice scoop stored in 84F standing water. The operator stored the scoop in a clean, dry container.
  • [14-09-4] Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. The operator discarded the cutting board.
  • [41-27-4] Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed wiping cloth chlorine sanitizer solution exceeding 200ppm. The operator diluted the solution to 100ppm.
  • [05-06-4] Probe thermometer not accurate within plus or minus 2 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed a digital probe thermometer not working due to a dead battery.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink at the server station. The operator provided paper towels for the hand sink.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils on a prep table near the entrance to the kitchen The operator discarded the beverage.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed a metal container with water in the hand sink at the hibachi station. The operator removed the container from the hand sink.
  • [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed an employee cell phone stored on a shelf above the reach in cooler on the cook line. The cell phone was properly stored.
  • [16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no chlorine test kit.
  • [08B-12-5] Stored food not covered. Observed crispy won ton strips stored uncovered in dry storage. The operator covered the wonton strips.
