  • [28-26-5] Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor drains. When dish machine ran strainer on drain blocks water from draining due to food debris in strainer. Waste water backed up outside of floor drain. Manager cleaned old food debris from strainer and washed rinsed and sanitized floor. Reviewed with manager keeping strainer on floor drain clear of food debris.
