  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Front counter pass through warmer greasy.
  • [12A-09-4] Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee handled raw hamburger and proceeded to handle ready to eat food without washing hands and changing gloves. Employee changed gloves and washed hands.
  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Items stored in front counter warmer: hash browns (122F - Hot Holding); French toast (118F - Hot Holding). Employee stated items placed in warmer fifteen minutes prior to temperature being taken. Items were served during inspection.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Mold-like substance on dining room soda machine ice chute.
