- [10-17-4] In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Observed 2 knives stored between the wall and the preparation table. Manager removed them.
- [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed desserts not dare marked inside the reach in cooler at the front counter.
