  • [22-16-4] Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. For units at front counter.
  • [14-06-4] Wood food-contact surface not properly sealed. Observed at cook line.
  • [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employees at kit need more hand washing before gloves change.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Cutting boards soiled.
