[16-48-4] Old food stuck to clean dishware/utensils. Cleaned stacked plates with food residue, manager moved to dish machine and cleaned.
[08B-39-4] Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. At the cook line, avocado inside a container with cut cucumbers with stickers. Manager moved avocados to sink and washed.
