- [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed dishes in their hand wash sink. Operator removed them.
- [33-15-4] Garbage can located outside has no lid or lid open/broken. Observed their dumpster lids open.
- [12B-13-4] Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed an employee drink in the cooler and freezer in the kitchen. Operator removed both.

Observed cooling eggs stored on top of in the reach in cooler: Sliced cheese (46F - Cold Holding); Milk (45F - Cold Holding) Operator states the eggs were placed there approximately 1hr ago. Operator removed the eggs and placed the food in the reach in freezer to get it back down to temperature.
