In warmer on front cook line across from wood grill, grilled chicken (125F - Hot Holding). Employee cooked chicken 20 minutes earlier but did not turn on warmer. Employee put chicken back on grill and brought temperature to 170F before putting back into warmer.

Unit was not turned on, manager turned unit on and moved cheese and cannoli filling to walk-in cooler to bring temperature down.
