  • Disposition: Warning Issued
  • [29-49-6] Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed at bottom of raw chicken thawing cooler.
  • [22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Middle chute soiled with yellow and black substance.
  • [23-24-4] Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Dried food debris on handles of cooler thawing chicken. Handles cleaned and sanitized during the inspection.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Cart and a stack of boxes in front of hand sink nearest to ice machine. Items moved.
  • [51-16-7] No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. The direct link to the Plan Review page is https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/hotels-restaurants/licensing/plan-review/. Observed catering/staging area added in the dining room area. This area is storing condiments, paper products, single service utensils, chips and pre-staged boxes and store to-go bags. Violation was previously cited on Jan 31st, 2024, and at the call back inspection on April 3, 2024 current layout was not submitted to plan review. Partition walls were added to close off this area of the dining room. Added thawing coolers to area on the wall outside the northern part of the office. Thermalizer was moved to the area next to fryers and oven on stand facing the order window. Revised plan on 7/30/24 did not have catering staging area added.
