- [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In stand up reach in cooler across from fryers, cooked chicken (45F - Cold Holding). Operator stated it was out for a few orders then placed back in reach in cooler.
