  • [14-45-4] Cardboard used to line nonfood-contact shelves. Cardboard used to line top of refrigerated make-table. Manager discarded the cardboard during this inspection.
  • [33-19-4] Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Trash scattered on ground around shared dumpster.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee drink can on top of refrigerated make-table. Manager removed the drink from the area during this inspection.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Pan containing raw chicken stored in shelf above pan containing fully-cooked pork inside walk-in cooler. Manager moved the pork to another shelf during this inspection.
  • [14-15-4] Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage - direct contact with food. Cooked chicken cooling inside cardboard boxes on rack in back of kitchen. Manager moved all chicken to clean sheet pans during this inspection.
  • [53B-01-5] No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. No proof of current food handler training for any employees. All three Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association food handler certificates expired in June 2026.
