[14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed in dry storage area, bowl with no handle used to dispense flour. Operator discarded bowl during the inspection.
[06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed in meat preparation area , raw octopuses thawing in standing water at room temperature. Operator discarded water and placed in refrigerator to properly thaw.
[02D-01-5] Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed in dry storage area , container of flour and corn starch removed from original container missing label. Operator labeled during the inspection.
[03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In flip top opposite cook line , fried wings (59F - Cold Holding). Per operator item was out of cooler for less than one hour ago. Operator placed in freezer to quick chill . Fried Wings now reading 38F Cold holding.
[31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed knife and pot scrubber in Hand washing sink in dish washing area. Operator removed during the inspection.

[16-55-4] Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Observed sanitizer pump correctly operating and pumping chemicals but dish machine still reading at 0ppm after multiple attempts.
[40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed in back dry storage area employee phones and chargers over canned goods and employees purse stored next to scale at front counter at boba bar. Operator moved items.
[10-08-5] Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed ice scoop handle in contact with ice in prep area ice bin. Operator moved the scoop.
[10-07-4] In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensils stored in 81F water in boba bar. Operator removed the water.
[35B-02-4] Insect control device installed over food preparation area. Observed several fly trap tapes hung over flip top coolers in prep area and over meat slicers and prep sink near back walk in cooler. Operator removed traps.

Both items were out of their commercial packaging. Advised operator on proper storing procedures and operator moved items.

Observed cooked noodles (62F - Cold Holding); baby bok choy (58F - Cold Holding); shredded cheese (52F - Cold Holding) above chill line of flip top cooler on cook line. Advised operator to not keep items above chill line and operator placed in cooler to quick chill. Per operator items prepared at 12:30pm and in unit from that time.
[41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed various chemicals stored over tea bags and boba pearls at boba bar and air spray stored over alcohol bottles in bar. Operator moved chemicals.
[31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed blocked hand sink with scoop and metal scrub pad inside the sink. Operator removed items.
[41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed spray bottle with an unknown chemical. As per operator spray bottle contains cleaning solution for tables. Operator labeled bottle properly.
