- [22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Interior of large ice machine has build up of mold like substance in prep area between front counters. Nozzles and ice chutes of all soda machines in lobby area. Manager cleaned up all areas during inspection.
- [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Box of pizza dough in walk in freezer, operator corrected during inspection.
- [25-05-4] Single-service articles improperly stored. Box of to go cups in storage room, operator corrected during inspection.
- [22-41-4] Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. In use dish machine at bar ran multiple times reading 0ppm, manager called for service during inspection, establishment still have high temp machine in kitchen area.
- [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle of all purpose cleaner on counter next to coffee machine and milk shake machine at bar area, bottle moved.
