[38-04-4] Ten (10) foot-candles of light at least 30 inches from floor not provided in walk-in cooler.
[29-11-4] Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Pipe leaking under the hand wash sink next to the dishwasher. Manager stated the plumber had been contacted.
[01B-01-4] Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. 1 can of Dijon mustard and 2 cans of garbanzo beans dented at the seams. Manager placed the cans aside for a refund.
[08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shrimp stored over ready to eat leafy greens in the reach in cooler on the left side of the cook line. Manager removed the shrimp.
[02C-01-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food marked with a date that exceeds 7 days after opening/preparation. Container of house made roja sauce dated 10/13 and Container of house made pesto sauce dated 10/14 stored in the walk in cooler. Manager discarded the sauce.

[24-27-4] Observed: Clean equipment/dishware/utensils stored next to handwash/food preparation sink exposed to splash. Clean pans stored next to a hand washing sink in the dishwasher area. Employee removed the pans.
[14-11-5] Observed: Equipment in poor repair. Storage rack in the bar area rusted. Container of corn chips has a melted spot on the interior.
[36-73-4] Observed: Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floors soiled under all equipment on the cook line and bar area.
