[36-32-5] Ceiling shows damage or is in disrepair in office and in womens restroom near kitchen entrance. Operator is working through a repair for certain parts of the roof to remedy the leaks and is treating the wall and has sectioned off the areas.

Pan containing partially frozen raw beef stored on shelf directly above bread inside reach-in cooler near cookline. Employee removed raw beef from shelf during this inspection. 2. Tube of raw hamburger meat stored on shelf directly above box containing pastrami inside walk-in cooler. Employee moved raw hamburger meat to the bottom shelf during this inspection.
[35A-04-4] Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. 87 rodent droppings on floor in kitchen below dish machine. 12 rodent droppings on floor in kitchen below refrigerated make-table near dish machine. 10 rodent droppings on floor in kitchen below table in center of warewash area. 7 rodent droppings on top of stainless steel storage table at cookline, beside grill. 5 rodent droppings on floor in kitchen at cookline behind fryer. Employees started cleaning areas during this inspection.
