Employee put bacon inside Walk in cooler and placed ice under liquid eggs container for rapid cooling.
- [06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed raw chicken and raw beef thawing in standing water in three compartment sink. Employee put both under running water.
