Employee put bacon inside Walk in cooler and placed ice under liquid eggs container for rapid cooling.

  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled surface under steam table in kitchen. Also, observed reach in freezer gaskets soiled by Walk in cooler.
