- [01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed pancake batter on the counter time marked to be discarded at 3:04pm. Still on the counter at 3:14pm (1 pan) stopped sale issued, manager voluntarily discarded.
- [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed the shelves in the hot holding unit with food debris build up.
- [32-05-4] Bathroom facility in disrepair. Observed the female restroom being closed to the public. Plumbers were onsite and were finished repairs during inspection. Bathroom was reopened to the public.
- [21-09-4] Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean. Observed on the edge of second grill. Manager removed.
- [36-03-4] Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing in the area where the two ice machine are kept.
- [14-09-4] Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable on back prep table.
- [03F-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. Observed a2 pans of raw chicken and I half carton of raw shelled eggs with no time mark on them after manager stated they were held with time. Manager time marked.
- [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed stacked wet containers on the drying rack. Manager removed.
