  • [10-03-4] In-use utensil used with moist food stored in running water with insufficient velocity to flush food particles away. Both copper wells at front counter barely dripping water. Manager increased water flow on both.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Metal cups in containers of cooked chicken and beef at front fliptop unit.
  • [10-07-4] In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Ice cream scoop in standing water 73F on top of back reach in freezer. Manager removed container to be washed and replaced with dry scoop.
