  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. 1) In walk in cooler, flats of raw shell eggs above boxes of juices. Manager moved eggs to separate shelf to properly separate. 2) On speed rack in walk in cooler, trays of raw fish above trays of cooked chicken. Manager moved fish to bottom of rack.
