  • [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Carbon dioxide tank in back not secured.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Soda machine backsplash at drive through soiled with mold-like substances.
  • [16-46-4] Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Label residue on stored bins across from three compartment sink and on drying shelf at dishwasher.
  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In holder near microwaves: gravy (120F, 118F - Hot Holding). Manager stirred and turned up the heat.
