  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed chicken tenders hot held in kitchen at 126F. Per operator, chicken cooked 30 minutes prior to the inspection. Advise operator to reheat chicken to 165F.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed accumulation of black substances buildup on cutting board at work top cooler.
