As per manager food had only been out for about 1 hour. Chef moved. All to reach in cooler.

- [16-28-4] Two-compartment sink used as a hand washing sink with a shared faucet. Advised manager that hand washing sink must be a single sink and not used for any other purpose other than washing hands.

Operator must obtain a public food service license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants within 60 days.
