  • [32-05-4] Bathroom facility in disrepair. . Observed objectionable odor in establishment and bathrooms. Ownership is currently working on ac system to rectify the odor in establishment.

  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a bottle of old spice body spray above prep table with plastic take out plates. The operator removed the bottle of old spice body wash.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw ground beef over ready to eat wings in walk-in cooler. The cook moved the raw ground beef on bottom shelf under the ready to eat chicken wings.
