  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on the prep table diced ham at 57F and diced tomatoes at 56F, items were in prep cooler since 9:00 am, cook moved the items to the reach in cooler to bring down to 41F.
  • [32-02-4] Bathroom door left open other than during cleaning or maintenance. Observed mens door open in the bar area.
  • [01B-01-4] Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed one can of roasted peppers from Maui Farms dented in the stock room, operator voluntarily discarded.
