  • [36-27-5] Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Wall in the dishwasher area beside the sprayer hose soiled.
  • [12A-13-4] Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee handled dirty dishes then clean dishes without washing their hands. Employee rewashed the dishes and washed their hands.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Gallons of cleaner fluid stored next to vinegar and baking soda on a shelf next to the cook line . Owner removed the vinegar and baking soda.
  • [41-25-4] Tracking powder pesticide used inside establishment. Observed tracking powder on the floor/wall area on the cook line. Owner removed the powder with a wet mop.
  • [03F-10-5] No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. Observed cooked potatoes on the cook line stored at room temperature with a time mark. Owner had the plan, the form was not fill out. Owner filled out the plan before the end of the inspection.
