  • [36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floors under equipment heavily soiled with grease and old food buildup

  • [08A-17-6] Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Freezer near walk-in cooler, portioned bag of raw beef above cheese.
