  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at hand wash sink located at ware-washing area or preparation area.
  • [12A-16-4] Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed employee began to work with food without washing her hands before outing the gloves on.
  • [21-08-4] Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed sanitizer solution at preparation area at 0ppm. Operator replaced Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium to 200 ppm.
  • [08B-47-4] Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. In the walk in cooler observed a gallon of milk stored on the floor.
  • [12A-09-4] Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee cleaning her station with the wiping cloth and continue preparing an avocado toast without washing her hands and changing her gloves.
  • [53B-01-5] No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233.
