Discussed proper hand wash with manager on duty. Other employee came from front counter, put gloves on, went to back of kitchen and put bagels in pan.
[03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On counter by coffee machines -lactaid milk (56F - Cold Holding), operator discarded, stated it was on counter for 15 minutes.
