- [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In reach in cooler at front counter: blue container of lactose free milk 46F. Manager placed in cooler upon inspector arrival.
- [21-12-4] Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. One blue towel on make table. Placed in bucket during this inspection.
- [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Behind hot chocolate nozzle has brown slimy build up. Side walls of donut display has food debris.
- [27-18-4] Hot water supply not maintained during peak periods. Hot water took more than five minutes to reach hand washing sink near ice machine, employee stated it always takes a long time after washing dishes.
- [42-03-5] Storage of maintenance equipment/tools in areas that may result in cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and/or single-service and single-use articles. Trash bags on top shelf of rack used for packaged orders and boxes of tea. Moved during this inspection.

- [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Bag with clothes on prep table over donut glaze. Moved during this inspection.
- [12A-29-4] Employee touched soiled surface and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Female employee placed phone in back pocket then picked up container of milk without washing hands. Male employee at front counter touched order screen then picked up donuts with paper without washing hands.
- [35B-01-4] Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Small gap under back door of kitchen.
- [11-27-4] Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Bodily fluid clean up kits were used and have not yet been replaced. Provided DBPR handout during this inspection.
