- [36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor soiled with food debris under tables across from make table.
- [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Bottle of Clorox cleaner on prep table over donut toppings. Cans of aerosol snow on shelf over dry storage items near office. All were moved during this inspection.
- [29-34-4] Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Hose Bibb located between oven and walk in cooler.
