Observed two brown cutting boards soiled has white residue left on the surface, recommend to replace or resurface used for slicing bread. Green cutting board has black discoloration left on the surface used in cold prep room.
  • [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. Observed reach in cooler doors not closing properly hinges out alignment, located in the bread station.
