  • Disposition: Met Inspection Standards
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed : 2 seasoning containers using a cardboard bowl as a scoop. The bowls were removed.
  • [50-09-4] Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed : the current license was not able to be found.
  • [02D-01-5] Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Observed : the bulk rice flour was not labeled. The manager labeled the container.
  • [29-47-4] Dipperwell faucet bent downward eliminating required air gap. Observed : the metal pipe for water was less than 1 inch to the top edge of the dipper well. This was adjusted up.
  • [35A-02-7] Live, small flying insects found Observed : 1 flying insect moving about the kitchen.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed : 2 containers of sanitizer wipes stored on the same table as food. The containers were moved below.
  • [53A-03-7] Food manager certification expired. A list of accredited food manager certification examination providers can be found at https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/hotels-restaurants/food-lodging/food-manager/ Observed : Bryses certificate expired in 4-2026.
  • [53B-14-5] Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed : multiple cards were expired.
