Employee pink cup beverage on Togo prep table. Discussed with employees designating an area for employee beverages. Employee moved all drinks to one area to designate employee beverage area.

[22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Ice machine soiled.
[03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed 2% Milk at 48F,re-temp 41F, and Half-N-Half at 48F, re-temp 41F, in reach in cooler under fresh juice machine. Employee put all containers in iced bins and then back in fridge. Cheese at 46F and pooled eggs at 48F in prep cooler between the grills. Butter Packets at 66F in server prep area under kitchen window.
[01B-01-4] Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed 1 dented can of Crushed tomatillos in dry storage.
[33-11-4] Missing drain plug at dumpster.
[33-23-4] Grease receptacle not on proper pad/nonabsorbent surface. Observed grease receptacle on dirt.
